Giant CO2 provides high-quality beer gas to residential and commercial clients throughout Orange County. Our beer gas consists of a blended mixture of nitrogen (N2) and carbon dioxide (CO2) gases. To get the ratio of gases correct, each mixture is prepared on site by one of our experienced and highly trained team members. The tank is then placed on a special table and rolled for 30 minutes in order to achieve a fully blended gas mixture. Nitrogen and CO2 are often used with a Blender Box for quality keg/beer gas. Blended gas of CO2 and nitrogen is sometimes called beer gas, mixed gas or Guinness gas.

Guinness Gas
Giant CO2 is proud to be a certified provider of "Guinness Gas." We are approved to supply special 75% nitrogen and 25% CO2 blended gas to vendors who serve Guinness on tap. To earn this certification, Guinness sent out a representative to test our ability to accurately and consistently produce this specific blend of gases within 2% of the target ratio. Using Guinness-certified gas not only preserves the quality and freshness of your Guinness, but also is crucial to achieving the "perfect pour" that Guinness aficionados expect.
