Bulk CO2 (carbon dioxide) is a low-pressure alternative to high-pressure cylinders. The liquid CO2 is stored on-site in a bulk CO2 tank, which can be leased or purchased. Bulk CO2 tanks are installed on-site and store multiple pounds of liquid CO2. Liquid CO2 refills are made through an outside fill-port. All beverage, fountain soda and draft beer applications in bars, restaurants and breweries can use either bulk or cylinder CO2.
